We’ve All Been Trained to Forget

From the moment we’re born, we begin absorbing the thoughts, emotions, and survival strategies of our environment. Through what I call epigenetic osmosis, we unconsciously inherit stories — stories shaped by our ancestors' pain, fears, and longing.

In time, we create our own narratives, equally flawed, believing we’ll somehow do it “better.” But beneath all the striving, one truth remains:

We’ve forgotten who we are — eternal beings having a human experience through breath.

Finally, we root this new state of being. You’ll learn how to live from the breath — feeling love, peace, and worthiness as your default setting. This becomes your new normal.
